On April 11, 2024, Dana Chang died, leaving at the back of a circle of relatives shattered through grief and a network that loved her. This weblog post is devoted to remembering Dana’s existence, her passions, and the legacy she leaves in the back.

The Loving Family of Dana Chang

John Chang and June Song were blessed with a beautiful daughter called Dana who they loved dearly. They have always been supportive parents to their daughter encouraging her to follow her dreams in life always. Dayoon Chang was also very close to her sister Dana having shared many laughs as well as confiding in each other about different issues including their dreams.

A Beautiful Life Cut Short

Although short-lived but filled with beauty moments can describe best describe the life of Diana’s time here with us. She was a vibrant young girl who had located love for track and had a promising future ahead of her. She attended Walnut Hill School for the Arts in Natick wherein she played the violin. Her talent could not be ignored hence she often performed excellently before audiences.

The Calling of Music

To Dana, music was more than just something passionate; it became an occupation. At an early stage of life she started playing violin which has shown how talented she is using this instrument today. While at Walnut Hill School for Arts teachers helped develop such skills with deep understanding towards classical music.

During this period at Walnut Hill, Deanna grew into herself artistically speaking discovering something new about herself every day while there. The campus was a cocoon for her artistic talent. She loved to participate in recitals and performances where she often received standing ovations due to her passion.

A Community in Mourning

Many people’s hearts are empty since Dana passed on. Friends, relatives and fellow students have come together to mourn her death and cherish the memory of Dana Chang, who was a beautiful soul inside out. Her teachers remember how committed she was when it came to music as her classmates describe her as being nice and supportive.

Honoring Her Memory

Visiting hours may be held at the John Everett & Sons Funeral Home, located at 4 Park Street Natick Common, on Tuesday, April 16th, from 6-9 pm. A funeral carrier will take area on the equal place on Wednesday, April 17th, at 11 am. All are welcome to join in and offer their appreciation.

A Final Resting Place

On the Newton Cemetery & Arboretum site Dana would be finally put to rest there after death. This serene setting would provide a memorial ground for friends and family members who wish to visit it so that they can reflect upon this young girl’s happiness which she brought into their lives.

Her remembrance still exists within those minds who were close to her during lifetime. It should be noted that all tales shared by either family or friends about them are just an example of what a wonderful person she was even though he had a very happy face; truly he could sing with his enchanting voice affecting many around him.

In memory of Dana’s love for nature and beauty, a memorial tree will be planted in her honor. This tree is going to serve as a living testimony for her memory growing and flourishing just like she did while alive.
